Returns and refunds

Returning an online order?

All items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 30 days from order date. Simply fill out the form located at the bottom of this page and we'll e-mail you instructions for the return of your items. When you ship the items we'll handle the rest!

Our team processes returns within 3 business days from the day we receive your package. You will receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed! 

Return condition

All items must be unworn and in their original condition.  

Exchanges

Placing a new order is the easiest way to swap out a style that didn't work for a new one. Questions about size or fit? Please refer to our sizing chart, if you have further questions please email us at support@pajammie.com. 

Cancellations

We are usually unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted. We are sorry about this!  Our team is so fast, it is not always possible to catch packages before they are out the door. The good news is that most items are returnable if you decide against them. 

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal etc). If the original payment method is unavailable or cancelled, we'll contact you for an alternative method of payment. Original shipment fees are non refundable. 

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
